Nokia N8 bad credit

Experience Endless Possibilities with the Nokia N8

Unlike most of my friends who switch to a new phone practically every week, I’ve had my Nokia 5130-C XpressMusic phone for a couple of years now. It’s a very cheap phone, which was the primary reason why I bought it, having no money at the time being in college and all. It was an ordinary phone with no fancy features but it was all good because I just used it for calling, texting and listening to music.

But now that I have graduated and moving forward in the real world, I know it’s time for me to replace my trusty phone with something that can provide for my new and continuously changing needs. I didn’t even consider going to another company because I am already completely at home with Nokia, so it made perfect sense to check out one of their latest models, the Nokia N8.

At first I was overwhelmed by all the features. I didn’t realize so much has changed in the mobile phone industry since that last time I went phone-shopping. I had so much catching up to do! But once I got over my daze, I actually began to like what I was seeing.

The first thing that you would notice upon looking at the Nokia N8 is its 3.5-inch touchscreen, which is exactly the same size as that of an iPhone. The N8 is much thicker in size that the iPhone though, which some people may find to be a put-off but I personally don’t think it’s such a bad thing because the bigger size actually makes it easier to hold.

The Nokia N8 runs on the newly released Symbian ^3 operating system. In fact, the N8 is the first phone to use this version of the OS, so it’s probably a little risky on their part. And this brings me back to the screen. It’s an AMOLED capacitive touchscreen with excellent responsiveness, which from what I understand is a lot better than the performance of other phones running on older Symbian versions, which had sluggish response rates.

But I’ve also heard that Symbian phones like the N8 are slightly inferior to those running on other operating systems like Android, for instance. Having never used an Android phone before, I guess I’ll just have to take their word for it but I don’t really feel that I’m missing out on anything because what the Nokia N8 can do is certainly impressive enough for me.

One of the standout features of this phone, and many would agree, according to the reviews I’ve read, is its 12-megapixel camera. With its sizeable sensor, xenon flash and Carl Zeiss optics, this built-in camera packs more punch than some digital cameras out there. The focusing is excellent as well,       and the colour is so vivid. The Nokia N8 also takes one of the top spot when it comes to video capturing. It makes use of HD technology and stereo sound, making for really high-quality videos.

It’s only been a couple of weeks since I’ve had my Nokia N8 but it has grown on my quite fast. Oh, and being the girly-girl that I am, I naturally went for the one with the pink casing. However, the N8 is also available in black and silver. First4Phone specialises in bad credit contract phones and if you like the Nokia N8 then apply below now.
